📦 DreamtoRank is a 100% digital platform. We do not ship any physical goods. There is no physical delivery, courier, or postal service involved in any purchase.
1. Nature of Service
DreamtoRank, operated by Aletheia AI, is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital educational platform. All products, subscriptions, and materials sold on DreamtoRank-static.vercel.app are digital in nature and are delivered electronically via the internet.
2. What You Receive Upon Purchase
Upon successful payment, the following are delivered to your registered account instantly:
- Subscription Activation: Your account is upgraded to Pro or Annual Pro tier within seconds of payment confirmation
- Unlimited Quiz Access: Immediate access to UPSC question bank, mock tests, and subject quizzes
- PDF Study Notes: Available for download directly from the platform (Pro/Annual plans)

4. Technical Requirements for Access
To access DreamtoRank digital services, you require:

DreamtoRank is not responsible for access issues arising from poor internet connectivity, incompatible browser versions, or device-level restrictions.
5. Failed Delivery / Access Issues
If your account is not upgraded within 15 minutes of a successful payment, or if you cannot access premium features after payment confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@DreamtoRank.in with your payment reference number. We will resolve all delivery failures within 24 hours on business days.
6. No Physical Shipping
DreamtoRank does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products including printed books, physical study materials, postal items, or any tangible goods. All references to “delivery” in any context relate exclusively to digital access provisioning.
7. GST Invoice
GST-compliant invoices are issued electronically for all paid subscriptions. Invoices include the applicable 18% GST breakup as required under Indian tax law. To request your GST invoice, email support@DreamtoRank.in with your business name and GSTIN.
